We are an outstanding choir firmly established in the heart of our community of Wimbledon. We perform a broad spectrum of classical music to a very high standard under the inspired leadership of Matthew Best.
Alongside leading players and soloists we give both orchestral and unaccompanied concerts up to four times per year, making a significant contribution to the cultural life of our community.
Established in 1980 by our founding conductor, Andrew Edwards, we have built an enviable reputation over the years performing many of the greatest works of choral music. Through so doing we are proud to be a fixture in the social, cultural and musical life of Wimbledon. Having appointed Matthew Best to be our Music Director from the beginning of 2017 we are continuing to develop together and to bring the highest standards of musical performance to our community with the support of our many Friends and corporate sponsors, to whom we remain hugely grateful.
